How is UpKeep priced?
UpKeep publishes two per-user prices: Essential at $24 and Premium at $55 per user per month. Professional and Enterprise are quote-only, and its pricing page lists offline mobile mode on Professional and multi-site support, API access and SSO on Enterprise. AssetLab tiers its plans too (custom reporting is on AssetLab 360 at $65, and API access on Enterprise or as an add-on), but the CMMS and 360 prices are published in CAD rather than quoted.
Is it difficult to switch from UpKeep to AssetLab?
No. You export your assets, work orders, and maintenance history from UpKeep and import them with the downloadable AssetLab onboarding workbook (Excel or CSV), with guided onboarding for larger imports. Done-for-you migration is also available as a paid service. A small asset base can be running within hours; larger imports take a few weeks with guided onboarding.
Does AssetLab have a mobile app?
AssetLab has native iOS and Android apps available now, and the platform is also fully responsive on any mobile browser. Technicians can scan QR codes, submit work orders, and update assets from their phones today, and the native apps keep working offline and sync when the connection returns.
Where does AssetLab host data?
Customer Data - asset records, work orders, costs, documents, contracts, attachments and audit logs - is hosted in Canada (AWS ca-central-1, Montreal), together with its backups. Some supporting services process data in the United States; the Trust Center lists each one.
What if I only need basic CMMS features?
If you only need work order management and preventive maintenance without strategic planning or compliance requirements, UpKeep's lower tiers may be sufficient.
